Many Americans are fed up with out of control government and are looking for answers. The government spends way too much of our hard earned taxes on frivolous earmarks, or even huge projects that are not on the list of “enumerated” limit our Federal Government in the Constitution itself.
Fortunately, our Founders told us what we should do if the federal government oversteps its bounds.
This 90 minute Liberty Lesson will be focused on how our Founders told us to fight back when the government exceeds its rightful authority, using the formula that James Madison provided to us in Federalist 46 as a foundation. Many States have already been using some of these actions with success, and we will review many examples of what is already working and what more can be done. There is no need to change the Constitution if we would just follow it! These are practical solutions that are proven to work and we should be doing them more often. There is definitely a role for all of us to play, as well!
Come and join us for this FREE seminar and find out what our Founders told us to do when the Federal Government becomes oppressive, or merely irresponsible, so you can be part of the solution. We’ll have plenty of time for discussion and questions.

Continue Collecting Signatures Ohio!
Thank you for all your hard work and commitment collecting signatures for the Medical Right to Refuse. Each day that we receive your envelopes brings us one step closer to our goal. If you have not signed the Medical Right to Refuse petition yet please click here to print the Signature Packet. Each of you are a key part of Ohio history in the making!
September 22, 2022, was the soft deadline to send in the signature pages that you have been collecting. Many volunteers have requested to turn them in after this weekend because they are still busy collecting at festivals and events across Ohio. Approximately 15,000 signatures have been turned in or are on their way to be processed.
We know that a true grassroots effort starts with a spark and spreads like wildfire as people learn about it. It is exciting to see that start to happen with the Medical Right to Refuse here in Ohio!
To make the May 2023 ballot, we request that each of you ask everyone you know to get at least 10 signatures. Even better if 10,000 people get 60 signatures we would have our 600,000. Together that spark can spread and be an unstoppable flame.
We believe GOD has a plan and with His help all things are possible. We will stand strong and continue to gather signatures until we meet the goal of 600,000+ signatures.
You ask what happens if we don't make the 600,000+ signatures by November 30th? We will push the goal post back to the November 2023 ballot and continue to collect signatures until May 31, 2023. The signatures must be filed with the Secretary of State 125 days before the election. Again, we will not give up, we will stand strong and we will continue to collect signatures until Medical Right to Refuse makes the Ohio ballot!
